I have hired Mitch for several litigation appraisals, two of which required testimony. Mitch has always prepared well researched, well analyzed, and well reasoned appraisals. In addition, Mitch handles the challenges of testifying with a calm and collected approach resulting in very credible testimony. The results from Mitch's work has been very good, but regardless of results, his process and professionalism is exceptional.
