MITCHELL SIMONSON, MAICERTIFIED GENERAL APPRAISER
Mr. Simonson has been involved in real estate in some facet since 2000, gaining valuable construction experience through college. After graduating from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Commercial Real Estate Appraisal emphasis, he immediately began appraising commercial real estate in 2005. The first year was spent in Phoenix, Arizona where he witnessed a booming residential housing market with 50% value increases in one year and a strong commercial real estate market. After melting in the scorching Arizona summer heat, Mr. Simonson moved back to his beloved home state of Minnesota in early 2006. Valuations have been performed for condemnation and property tax purposes, estates, financing, and due diligence support. Valuations and market studies have been done on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. Valuations have been performed on various properties including, but not limited to, neighborhood and community shopping centers, apartment complexes, single and multi-tenant industrial buildings, low to high rise office buildings, mixed use facilities, and vacant land for different uses. Specialized real estate valued includes mobile home parks, limited-service and full-service hotels, campgrounds, places of worship, marinas on Lake Minnetonka and Lake Superior, auto dealerships, medical offices, and residential land subdivisions. |
GRANT HALONENGrant Halonen has been working in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2013. Mr. Halonen graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Finance emphasis in 2011 and acquired valuable commercial real estate construction experience for several years prior to starting his appraisal career. Mr. Halonen has completed several hundred hours of real estate appraisal continuing education and holds a Certified General Appraiser license in Minnesota and North Dakota.
Mr. Halonen has completed appraisal assignments for estates, financing and due diligence support. Valuations and market studies have been done on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. Property types appraised include, but not limited to, retail properties including single and multi-tenant, neighborhood shopping centers, apartment complexes, single and multi-tenant industrial buildings, single and multi-tenant office buildings, mixed use facilities, and vacant land for different uses. Specialized real estate valued includes veterinary hospitals and places of worship. |
MARLO HEADRICK, MAIMarlo has been working and participating in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2009 following a long and satisfying career in a scientific based discipline. She stems from a family based business background that had commercial and residential contracting, remodeling and home improvement services as its core. She has been personally involved with building development of mini storage units, conversion of commercial open space into offices, and ownership and disposal of rental property as well as business assets. She has completed valuations for condemnation, estates, financing, donations and insurance purposes in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.
The past five years her primary efforts have been in eminent domain practice where Marlo has performed appraisals, appraisal reviews, market and sales studies for roadway, aviation, riparian, and utility projects both nominal and complex in nature. She is nearing the final requirement stages as a Candidate for Designation, Appraisal Institute and is a member of the International Right of Way Association. |
